Are you fast on your feet, or your bicycle, or your scooter?   Do you like to be the person that brings things to others?   Is that a messenger bag on your shoulder?    Then maybe you should consider a career as a messenger.  Making sure that packages, documents and just about anything else that can be carried gets from one location to another is all is a day’s work for a messenger. Are you attracted to anything with skull and crossbones on it?  As a kid did you like to conduct kitchen experiments with wacky ingredients then feed them to your brother and observe the results?  Is the Toxic Avenger your all time favorite movie character?  Then maybe you should consider a career as a toxicologist. Studying the effects of poisons on man, animals and the environment are all in a day’s work for a toxicologist.  Most full-fledged toxicologists have a master’s degree or PhD.  Salaries range from $45,000 to $96,000 annually. JOBSCRIPTION:  PIPEFITTER

As a child did you like to put your drink straws together?  Do you know the difference between brazing and welding? Were you raised in a family of plumbers and always dreamed of going bigger?  Then maybe you should consider a career as a pipefitter.  Installation, maintenance, inspection and repair of fluid systems in commercial, industrial and municipal settings are all in a day’s work for a pipefitter. Most pipefitting pros have successfully completed a 4-5 year apprenticeship while others have completed a vocational technical school or associate’s degree program.  Salaries range from $40,000 to $75,000 annually.  That’s some flow.
